Triumph is gearing up for the 2024 launch of its Scrambler lineup, which includes the debut of the more accessible Scrambler 1200 X and an upgraded top-tier Scrambler 1200 XE.
These new models showcase Triumph's renowned 1200cc Bonneville engine, renowned for its torque-rich performance, paired with a rugged 21-inch front wheel, and the unmistakable premium quality and craftsmanship that define the brand. They are poised to redefine performance and style in the Scrambler category.
The Scrambler 1200 X retains the exceptional core capabilities, commanding riding posture, and torque-packed performance beloved by Scrambler enthusiasts. Moreover, it boasts an extensive equipment and technology package, making it an enticing choice.
Designed to be more accessible, the Scrambler 1200 X features a lower seat height of 820mm, further reduced to 795mm with the optional low seat accessory. This dedicated specification offers remarkable functionality at a more competitive price point, while a generous 10,000-mile (16,000km) service interval aims to reduce ownership costs.
On the other hand, the cool and capable Scrambler 1200 XE is set to hit the road in the coming year with a host of updates. These enhancements include the latest-generation Brembo Stylema® calipers, improved suspension with enhanced adjustability, refined styling details, and an enhanced touring capability.
Steve Sargent, Chief Product Officer said: “Built for both on-road and off-road adventures, the new Scrambler 1200 XE sets an even higher bar for performance, capability, and modern classic style. The Scrambler 1200 X is a new choice for our customers, optimised to deliver the specification riders have asked for, with a lower seat height, even more competitive pricing, and an even better road ride than the previous Scrambler 1200 XC.”
