What we have collected
P.F.K.Ling Ltd (We / Us /Lings Motor Group) will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you will provide to us for this request. We have collected;

Why we need it and what we do with it

What does a car service include?

What is an MOT?

An MOT is a test of the safety features of your vehicle. Once your car is three years old, it is a legal requirement that it undergoes an MOT each year. Our technicians will inspect elements such as seat belts, lights, brakes and tyres during the test. MOTs typically take 60 minutes to complete.

What happens if my car fails its MOT?

If the issue is a straightforward one, such as a light bulb replacement, we may be able to fix it and retest on the day – with your permission.
