Trade Sale Terms & Conditions
1.1 Where a Vehicle is expressly described, marketed or invoiced as a Trade, Project, Clearance, Spares or Repair, or similar category motorcycle, the Customer acknowledges that:
- The Vehicle has been visually inspected by the Dealer’s experienced technicians.
- The Vehicle will be supplied with a basic health check report.
- The Vehicle may require additional mechanical, cosmetic or electrical work.
- The price reflects the condition and required remedial work.
1.2 Trade / Project Vehicles are sold on the understanding that they are suitable for:
- Mechanically experienced individuals
- Restoration or project purposes
- Buyers intending to undertake further work
1.3 Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing:
- No warranty is provided by the Dealer on Trade / Project Vehicles.
- These vehicles are not supplied to a retail standard.
- The Customer accepts that further work may be required after purchase.
1.4 Nothing in this clause seeks to exclude or restrict the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation where such exclusion is not legally permitted.
Disclaimer: You will be asked to sign a disclaimer confirming:
“I confirm that I understand this vehicle is sold as a Trade / Project motorcycle, has been visually inspected and health checked, may require additional work, and is not supplied to a retail standard.”
Trade Sales
These bikes have been visually inspected by our experienced technicians and will come with a health check report. They are priced accordingly due to additional work being required and are therefore sold as trade clearance motorcycles.
