The 2024 KTM EXC-F range simplifies suspension setup with tool-free adjustments at both ends. The rear features a new shock absorber design with hand-adjustable dual compression controls, while the front forks are easily adjusted with hand-adjustable clickers on the fork shoe and fork top cap.
The transparent XPE fuel tank in the KTM Enduro lineup is now even more robust and efficient for 2024. It includes a one-piece fuel pump and filter for improved fuel supply, allowing the tank to be emptied further at low fuel levels. With a 8.5-liter capacity, riders can hit the trail or track with confidence.
Light, compact, and weighing only 27.8 kg, the KTM 250 EXC-F SIX DAYS engine is an outstanding bit of engineering. For 2024, the engine is tilted 2° backward with a repositioned sprocket for an improved center of gravity, while its high-revving, 42 horsepower punch, and intelligent low friction design, provide the goods at every twist of the throttle.
Blasting through wet and muddy terrain just got a lot easier with an all-new optional Traction Control function. TC analyzes throttle input from the rider and the rate at which the RPM increases in the engine. If the RPM increases too quickly, the EMS registers a loss of grip and reduces the amount of power to the rear wheel. This ensures maximum traction. Of course, it can be switched off for complete control.
The new Offroad Control Unit (OCU) under the seat replaces electronic fuses and relays, allowing outputs to be switched based on signals from the voltage regulator and ECU. It offers easy error detection with red and green LED indicators, eliminating the need for carrying fuses and simplifying on-trail diagnostics.
The 2024 KTM 250 EXC-F SIX DAYS is equipped with a reliable electric start system powered by a lightweight 2 Ah lithium-ion starter battery. The wiring harness positions most electrical components under the seat for easy access.
The 2024 KTM EXC-F SIX DAYS range offers a rider-centric design, featuring an improved body-position triangle for enhanced knee contact, especially when standing on the pegs. The design expels mud buildup, the flat seat profile with a high-grip cover ensures excellent rider movement and control, and a polyamide-reinforced aluminum subframe delivers superior rider feel and feedback.
The black powder-coated frame of the 2024 KTM 250 EXC-F SIX DAYS is engineered for longitudinal rigidity, optimizing rider feedback, energy absorption, and high-speed stability. Repositioned rotating masses, a forged steering head connection, parallel frame mounts, and inwardly moved footrest mounts improve frame flexibility. Additionally, the frame acts as a shock absorber, reducing rider fatigue with components like a new shock mounting system, a service-friendly one-piece steering head seal, and a closed-head tube design. The redesigned forged one-piece side stand ensures stability.
The 2024 KTM EXC-F SIX DAYS range maintains stability at all speeds thanks to repositioned and forged steering head connections and triple clamps. These high-grade aluminum components offer optimal steering stem stiffness, precise fork tube alignment, and fork clamp geometry for responsive and stable fork action. Topology-optimized bar mounts with a fixed mounting provide increased grip surface and flexibility for the forged triple clamp setup.
