Can I book my car or motorcycle in to be serviced, repaired or for an MOT?


Our Service Departments are open to support our you with your vehicle maintenance - to request an appointment, click here. The health, safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers is of upmost importance to us, so we've implemented some safety measures at our dealerships.

Has my MOT expiry been extended?


If your MOT due date was for Monday 30th March 2020 or after, please note that MOT due dates for cars and motorcycles have been extended by the government for six months. For the latest up to date DVSA guidance on this, please click here

What precautions have Lings implemented to keep customers safe?


We've taken every precaution to keep our staff and customers safe! Please take the time to read through the many steps we are taking to ensure a clean working environment - Safety Update.

To protect the Health and Safety of everyone, please do not visit our showrooms if you fall into any of the following categories until you no longer fit the criteria:

  • Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14-days;
  • Have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14-days;
  • Are experiencing flu or cold-like symptoms; OR
  • Have returned from travel to a highly infected area in the last 14-days.
  • You have been advised by the Government to shield yourself for 12 weeks.

What we have collected
P.F.K.Ling Ltd (We / Us /Lings Motor Group) will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you will provide to us for this request. We have collected;

your billing and delivery postal addresses, phone (including mobile phone) and e-mail details;
where you have registered with us, your user name and password;

Why we need it and what we do with it

The Data collected will be stored within our CRM, and will only be shared with third parties associated to this website, for the purposes of dealing with this enquiry.
