What we have collected
P.F.K.Ling Ltd (We / Us /Lings Motor Group) will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you will provide to us for this request. We have collected;

Why we need it and what we do with it
We collect your personal data in order to process your enquiry/purchase. If you fail to provide this data, we may not be able to process this enquiry accordingly. The Data collected will be stored within our CRM, and will only be shared with third parties associated to this website, for the purposes of dealing with this enquiry. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK.

The information collected is never used for automated decision-making, including profiling. Where we have collected your marketing preferences, we will use the lawful basis of consent for the processing of this data.
