Take control

Built upon the most versatile and competitive 250 cc 2-stroke enduro machine on the market, the TE 250 Heritage model is the motorcycle of choice for enduro racers serious about their results. Thanks to Throttle Body Injection (TBI), class-leading torque is delivered to ensure every obstacle is mastered with ease while plush WP XACT suspension offers consistent damping throughout every ride.

Braking performance is unrivalled thanks to the high performance Brembo brakes while ProTaper handlebars, Michelin tyres, and a Twin Air filter headline the competition-focused components used to assemble the TE 250. To highlight the continued evolution of the TE 250, the new Heritage model is complete with distinctive, Swedish-inspired graphics together with blue radiator shrouds and a grippy seat cover.

BODYWORK

The bodywork is designed to allow riders to perform at their best for extended periods of time. A flat seat profile offers unrestricted movement. Above the side panels, recessed pockets allow for the machine to be lifted and moved, which is particularly beneficial for those competing in extreme enduro events.

FRAME

A proven chromium molybdenum steel frame ensures straight-line stability at speed without sacrificing agility through the slow and technical sections. Optimised wall thickness throughout the chassis aids durability, in addition to providing unparalleled rider feedback and energy absorption. For an optimised level of anti-squat behaviour and overall chassis balance, the shock is not directly connected to the main tube. The frame is complete with a premium white powder coating with frame protectors offering maximum grip in all conditions.

ENGINE

Delivering the best spread of power, the engine is a firm favourite with enduro riders. Equipped with Throttle Body Injection (TBI), the engine delivers impressive torque while maintaining its high-revving two-stroke character. Inside, the shaft arrangements are positioned to centralise mass, which contributes to the agile handling of this exceptional machine. A counter balancer shaft keeps vibration to a minimum for maximum comfort throughout every ride.

SUSPENSION

Designed and developed for the rigours of enduro riding, the WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring forks offer consistent performance thanks to an innovative internal design that optimises oil flow and prevents oil from foaming. The hydrostop, effective in the last 68 mm of travel, is highly advantageous when landing heavily as it helps to maintain forward momentum. Additionally, riders can alter the compression and rebound settings quickly and easily using the tool-free adjusters found at the top and bottom of each fork leg.

The lightweight WP XACT rear shock offers 300mm of travel. With the rebound and both high and low speed compression adjustable by hand, setting changed can be achieved quickly and easily without tools. Complete with a CFD optimised shock piston, low friction seals, and a new, smaller linkage bolt to reduce weight consistent damping, comfort, and traction is guaranteed.

Overview The TE 250i takes the low maintenance simplicity of a 2-stroke and makes it even simpler with the aid of electronic fuel injection. This means that fuelling is self-adjusted, removing the need for jetting changes, while 2-stroke oil is pumped independently at regulated ratios, eliminating the need to pre-mix fuel.
