This Prado Edition's bodywork not only looks awesome, but it helps you to ride awesome too! A modern rider triangle makes your movement on the bike super easy and with plenty of touch points for gripping the bike with your legs, you'll benefit from reduced fatigue, which means increased riding time. A slightly larger rear fender keeps more mud at bay while a new front fender design incorporates the GPS sensor that records your lap times and performances on track. Topping things off is a red tank cover and a new Selle Dalla Valle seat cover, which features additional ribs to keep you planted firmly in place as you GET ON THE GAS!
As fresh as it gets! The MC 450F Prado Edition is finished with Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing's graphics for the 2024 season, and the season hasn't even started yet! They'e applied using in-mold technology so there's no fading or peeling, no matter how hard you ride. The number plates are plain white so you can add you own number, or for those who wish to create a full replica bike we've also thrown in the MXGP World Champion's iconic #61 numbers. Finally, each Prado Edition includes something very special - an additional front number plate featuring the #1 and Jorge's signature!
So much testing and development went into designing and building our frames last year, but that doesn’t mean our engineers haven’t worked on refining things even further! New, redesigned motor mounts, finished with a black anodizing for a true race team look, improve chassis flex while retaining the bike’s straight-line stability. Around the shock mounting area, new cut outs in the frame, together with a slightly thinner wall thickness at the front of the chassis, reduces overall weight. With all these revisions, the bike is now much more settled when entering corners.
Strong and light, the tried and tested aluminium subframe plays an important role in the outstanding handling of the MC 450F Prado Edition as its low weight helps with mass centralisation.
Just looking at our Factory Racing Triple Clamps will get you excited about hitting the track! As far as factory race team hardware goes, it doesn’t get much better than our red anodised CNC machined clamps. Allowing for two offset options for a super-personalised bike set-up – choose either 20mm or 22mm - they also allow for two mounting positions for the bars, which can then be either rubber-mounted for comfort or fixed for better front-end feedback.

Cylinder Head: There’s a lot packed into the cylinder head! Light and compact and with the camshaft positioned as close to the centre of gravity as possible, the on-track performance is next level in terms of ride-ability and overall handling. The fine-punched cam chain is designed to reduce friction while the Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) finish on the rocker arm makes everything run oh so smoothly while remaining super durable.
CYLINDER & PISTON: A CP piston boosts performance while being incredibly lightweight. It’s designed for racing and to last. Thanks to engineering wizardry, annular grooves add durability that guarantee long service intervals.
It’s all well and good having a super-fast dirt bike, but even the fastest riders need to slow down from time to time! This is why we’ve fitted a race-tested Semi-floating Front Disc up front, to ensure incredible stopping power and to make sure you hit your line through every corner. And for continued performance, it’s protected by a Factory Racing Brake Disc Guard made from lightweight and strong 2K carbon composite. At the rear, a new and stronger brake pedal improves durability while a Brembo caliper and a brake disc designed exclusively for GASGAS takes care of business.

Way bigger than the old design yet less likely to snag on deep ruts or catch the take off of jumps when scrubbing, the grippy footpegs provide riders with next-level control at all times.The black NEKEN bars feature a comfortable, modern bend and are strong yet flexible with an oversized GASGAS branded bar pad covering the bar mounts. The choice is yours when it comes to positioning the bars exactly where you like them. In addition to two mounting positions, the bar mounts can be rubber-damped for reduced vibrations or fixed for a super-precise front-end feel. Customize the power delivery to suit your style with the Map Select Switch. With a simple press of a button, you can choose from either the stock map for a smooth and controllable power delivery, or the aggressive map for those who like a harder hit. Using the switch, you’ll also be able to activate traction control for slippery circuits, launch control for nailing perfect starts, and the quickshifter for super-smooth upshifts, even when you’re wide open!
Ideal for heavy track conditions, the Quickshift allows for super-smooth upshifting from second gear upwards - even when wide open and without the need to use the clutch! It’s super easy to activate on the Map Select Switch.
Getting you out in front at the start of every race, Launch Control delivers maximum traction from the moment you drop the clutch and Get On The Gas! To activate, simply press the traction control and quickshift buttons at the same time while the motor is idling then get ready to hold on tight!
When riding hardpack or other slippery circuits, activating Traction Control will make things so much easier. If the RPM picks up too quickly, it works by harnessing the power to maintain forward momentum, even in the slickest conditions.
